Stitchbond Fabric (also known as Lixin fabric) is a type of dry-process non-woven fabric. Its raw materials are usually high-quality plastic bottle flakes. After processing, recycled fiber (recycled chemical fiber) is formed. Then, through the stitching method in the non-woven fabric process, 80%-95% recycled polyester staple fibers and 5%-20% high-quality polyester filaments are used. The warp knitted coil structure reinforces the fiber web, yarn layer, non-textile materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combinations.
Stitchbond Fabric has the following characteristics:
  • Environmentally friendly and recyclable: Its fabric composition is waste plastic fiber, such as waste plastic bottles for drinking cola. It belongs to a green, environmentally friendly and recyclable non-woven fabric.
